Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing 3 Maids Cleaning Services. It is our mission to provide our clients with the most detailed and thorough cleaning service to be had.
We would like to remind you of a few of our company’s policies.
Employees
Our employees are very important to us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe. Our employees do not use ladders or move anything heavier than 35lbs. These types of activities put our employees in danger of back injury or could even damage your flooring. If you would like us to clean behind appliances, like a refrigerator, stove, or sofa, please move it prior to the cleaning to allow access to the desired area.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify 3 Maids Cleaning Services two business days prior to the scheduled appointment. This will allow us to reassign the team to another appointment. If 3 Maids Cleaning Services receives less than two business days’ notice or cannot gain access to your home or business, you will be charged the full amount of your cleaning service. To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please direct all requests and changes directly to your 3 Maids Cleaning Services office. Please do not solely communicate these important details with your crew or crew leader.
Arrival Notice
If you wish to wait for your cleaning crew to give them access to your home or business, please note that our arrival windows are in 4-hour intervals. Many things can affect our schedules such as cancellations, lockouts, or clients adding last-minute services. We want to save you time instead of wasting it waiting for us to arrive. Leaving a key at the 3 Maids Services office is the most efficient way for you to provide your crew access to your space.
Payments and Refunds
For your convenience, 3 Maids Cleaning Services gladly accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Cash, and Check. Clients will need to pay for their cleaning at the time of service. Clients may leave a credit card number in a secured file with 3 Maids Cleaning Services to use in the event that you forget to leave your payment on the scheduled cleaning day. A $10 non-payment fee will be added to the total bill if payment is not made on the scheduled service day. A $25 fee will be applied to all bounced checks. If you use a credit card, your account will be charged the balance due plus any fees after each cleaning.
Referral Fee
Should you wish to hire a present or past 3 Maids Cleaning Services staff member for any home or business-related services outside of your agreement with 3 Maids Cleaning Services, our referral fee is $2,900. This fee is due within 30 days of the notification from 3 Maids Cleaning Services. If the fee is not paid, 3 Maids Cleaning Services reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection.
