49- Point Checklist

3Maids’s 49- point checklist is all about you: your home, your service, your priorities. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and dusting, and on every cleaning, we will make sure that those areas shine. The rest of your service is up to you. Pick the living areas on which you want us to focus on first and we will work through all areas of your home according to your priority. We work with our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients to ensure that your “trouble spots” are clean.

Bathrooms:

• Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed.
• Tub and/or shower thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed.
• Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined.
• Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind.
• Vanity top cleaned.
• Towels changed (if let out).
• Mirrors cleaned.
• Windows and windowsills wiped down.
• Trash emptied.
• Baseboards dusted or wiped.
• Vacuum and/or wash floors/
• Fingertips removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.

Kitchen:

• Countertops and backsplash cleaned.
• Cabinets washed or dusted.
• Sinks scrubbed and disinfected.
• Vacuum and/or wash floors.
• Exterior of appliances cleaned (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop). Interior of refrigerator or oven is an additional charge of $25.00.
• Window and windowsills cleaned.
• Baseboards dusted or wiped.
• Fingertips removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.
• Trash emptied.
• Small amounts of dishes will be washed; otherwise will be put in the dishwasher and run.
• Wash or dust tables and chairs.

Bedrooms:

• Floors (carpets or hardwood) vacuumed.
• Beds made (leave clean sheets on the bed and we’ll change linens).
• All areas dusted; on top, on front, and underneath.
• Picture frames dusted.
• Mirrors cleaned.
• Windows and windowsills cleaned.
• Fingertips removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.
• Vacuum under bed (if accessible).
• Trash emptied.
• Baseboards dusted.
• Lampshades wiped down or dusted.
• Light, general straightening completed.

• Other Living Areas (including hallways and stairs):
• All areas dusted; on top, on front, and underneath.
• Upholstered furniture vacuumed (move cushions and vacuum as well).
• Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened.
• Hardwood or tile mopped.
• Carpeted floors vacuumed.
• Fingertips removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.
• Glass tables cleaned.
• Picture frames dusted.
• Lampshades wiped down or dusted.
• Light, general straightening completed.
